Ensuring a safe atmosphere to work in, while providing quality results, is the highest priority for the Early Construction Company. We believe that every employee needs to be well versed in safety procedures before the job even starts. Because of this philosophy, each on-site employee not only goes through our client’s safety training program, but they also go through the ECC New Hire Safety Orientation as well. In our safety orientation, our goal is to make certain that every employee knows how to work in a safe manner by measuring their knowledge and skills through a series of quizzes.

- SafeCard (A daily checklist used by our foremen to identify potential hazards.)
Presently, the Early Construction Company retains a 0.60 EMR. While this is an acceptable rate, we are constantly implementing measures to improve upon this number. When it comes to the safety of our employees, our client's employees, the surrounding community, and the environment, we believe in doing things the safe way.
